At MoxieToWorld, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We gladly accept exchanges, however, cash refunds are not provided.

1. Exchange Period
We accept exchanges within 4 days from the date you receive your order.

2. Proof of Purchase
Original proof of purchase must be presented for all exchanges.

3. Condition of Items

• Products must be in new, unused, and original condition.

• Original packaging and labels must be attached.

• Innerwear is non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

4. Availability

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability in colors and sizes.

• If your preferred option is unavailable, you may exchange for a different product and pay any price difference.

• No refund will be given if the exchanged item is of lower value.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Final sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

7. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are not covered by MoxieToWorld.

• Customers are responsible for sending items back to our warehouse.

• A delivery fee applies for sending the exchanged product back to you.
